Fit, not a universal ranking.
The Fit Lab uses a fixed set of rules to compare your preferences with dated product research. Commission never changes the score.
What goes into a match
We compare six answers: shopping goal, mattress space, feel, sleeping temperature, wash care, and budget. The same answers always produce the same order.

The total is a 0-to-100 rules match to your answers. It is not a product-quality rating, medical opinion, laboratory result, or prediction that you will find a pillow comfortable. Equal totals are sorted consistently by profile slug, never by commission.
Evidence labels
Research-based means we used manufacturer specifications and named third-party guides. Tested will appear only after we purchase or receive a sample, document the testing method, name the tester, and publish the date.
At launch, every profile is research-based. We do not convert another publisher’s testing into a claim that BodyPillow.net tested the product.
What we refuse to optimize
Affiliate commission, retailer promotions, and potential sponsorships are excluded from scoring. We do not sell placement inside quiz results. If a paid placement is ever introduced elsewhere, it will be labeled at the card level.
